Job summary

BD in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team responsible for architecture, design, prototyping, verification, validation, certification, and manufacturing support of next‑generation robotic systems.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, collaborate with global teams, and drive improvements in quality, reliability, and performance across the Pharmacy Automation portfolio, including regulatory compliance and EMC/ EMI testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of applicable electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with Altium Designer for PCBA development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Electrical Engineer on a cross-functional team guiding architecture and production of robotic systems.
• Lead design, prototyping, verification, validation, and manufacturing support for next-generation products.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet program milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Develop electrical solutions for tests, diagnostics, and product sustainment.
• Create and release documentation supporting hardware development and service activities.
• Provide leadership for regulatory certifications (UL 61010/60601, CE, TÜV).
