Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and support electrical systems for medical devices. You will work under engineering leadership to contribute to new product development and sustaining projects while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, quality, and manufacturing teams. This role offers opportunities to advance technical depth and leadership while delivering safe, effective medical technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably regulated industry.
• Experience designing and testing electronic circuits and systems.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools and schematic capture software.
• Hands-on with oscilloscopes, analyzers, multimeters and logic analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuits for medical devices.
• Create electrical schematics, specifications, and design docs.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Develop test plans and verify electrical designs against requirements.
• Support risk management, validation, and regulatory submissions.
