Qualifications

• BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information management, or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience or Masters with 1+ year.
• Experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, fuzz testing, vulnerability scanning, secure code analysis.
• Experience with cybersecurity software such as Blackduck, Coverity.
• Experience with threat intelligence, CWEs and CVEs preferred.
• Some experience with cybersecurity functionality on embedded systems and hosted software applications.
• Strong organization and communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Implement proof of concept projects to define innovative cybersecurity solutions on platforms.
• Lead implementation of medical device cybersecurity principles as part of security architecture.
• Create system requirements, architectures, risk analyses, and definitions of cybersecurity functionality.
• Develop threat models for medical device systems and interfaces.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and analyze results.
• Monitor threat intelligence and CWEs/CVEs; propose solutions.
• Drive cybersecurity improvements with cross-functional teams and lead discussions.
