Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team.
• U.S. Person with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers.
• Define design standards and workflows within the EE Group.
• Guide hardware and embedded software from concept to rapid prototyping to production.
• Interface with customers and other engineering groups for requirements.
