Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or higher.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers (5-6 engineers).
• Provide technical guidance across circuit design, firmware, and system integration.
• Drive design standards, workflows, and high-reliability hardware/firmware solutions.
• Guide hardware and embedded software from concept through rapid prototyping to production.
• Oversee design control, versioning, and QA to meet defense requirements.
• Interface with customers to translate feedback into concrete design requirements.
