Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience leading complex electrical projects.
• Federal or government facilities experience beneficial.
• Ability to manage project scopes, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical engineering projects from scoping to completion.
• Establish project teams, define scope, staffing, and resources.
• Own technical delivery, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate engineering resources.
• Oversee changes, schedules, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Mentor engineers and designers and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop project budgets, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Monitor profitability, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Conduct project closeout and post-project reviews.
