Woolpert is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team across US offices. The role supports full-time in-person, hybrid, or remote work arrangements and involves leading projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety, sustainability, and compliance in electrical systems across industrial and commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, 10+ years of leadership experience, and expertise in building power systems, SKM analysis, and design using Revit.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field plus 15 years of experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
Minimum of 10 years leading engineering projects.
Experience in building power systems, lighting design, and medium‑voltage distribution.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering technical work for complex projects.
Track project progress including scope, schedule, and fee.
Oversee technical reviews and deliverables of electrical systems.
Guide models, plans, drawings, and calculations per standards.
Support team career development and skill advancement.
