Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our offices in the United States. This full-time role supports in-person, hybrid, or remote work arrangements and focuses on leading electrical design and project delivery for complex building systems.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, 10+ years of leadership experience, and a track record in medium-voltage distribution, lighting design, SKM analysis and sustainable building practices. Excellent communication required.

Qualifications

• PE licensure required.
• 15 years related engineering experience.
• Minimum of 10 years leading engineering projects.
• Experience in building power systems and lighting design.
• Experience with medium-voltage distribution and SKM analysis.
• Experience with sustainable building systems (LEED or similar).
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering work on complex projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; manage resources.
• Mentor staff and guide team on models, plans and drawings.
• Coordinate design across disciplines and perform QA/QC.
• Present at conferences and professional events.
