Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Denver to lead, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive building electrical design solutions. You will oversee planning, organization, and completion of complex projects, including electrical systems, emergency power, lighting design and controls, and related analyses.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with designers and contractors, and ensure design integrity from concept to release while managing budget and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (ABET-accredited) in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and coordinate with team members.
• Coordinate with designers, owners and contractors on project.
• Review calculations and verify accuracy with software outputs.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Lead/participate in field work for highly technical projects and clients.
• Assist in maintaining Engineering Standards and drawings quality.
