You will lead, coordinate, and provide functional leadership for planning, organization, control, integration and completion of complex projects, covering electrical systems, lighting, UPS, and fire/safety systems.

This full-time role requires an ABET-accredited degree, 15+ years of experience, and PE registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas and motivate teams.
• Advanced financial knowledge to perform complex calculations and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and oversee design teams.
• Coordinate directly with designers, owners and contractors on project.
• Plan and execute engineering programs to meet project requirements.
• Review calculations and verify accuracy using calculation software.
• Mentor team members and develop engineering standards.
• Lead field activities for highly technical projects and clients.
