Ware Malcomb is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to deliver comprehensive building engineering solutions for diverse clients in Los Angeles. You will lead, coordinate, and provide functional leadership across project lifecycles, covering electrical systems, lighting design, UPS, fire alarms, security, and more.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, a PE license, and an ABET-accredited engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 15+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and direct team members across design and technical phases.
• Coordinate with designers, owners and contractors on projects.
• Review calculations and verify accuracy using engineering software.
• Mentor teammates on engineering principles and practices.
• Develop and approve technical drawings and specifications; manage design changes.
