Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC in Corinth, Mississippi is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design, development, and optimization of electrical assets and processes. You will drive safety, reliability, and breakthrough improvements, coordinating with maintenance and plant teams.

Responsibilities include leading asset improvement projects, mentoring staff, and planning trials while supporting capital plans. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7 years industrial experience.
5+ years in PLCs, variable speed drives, HMI, instrumentation, power distribution, and asset support.
Experience with external technical service providers and high-speed equipment startups.

Responsibilities

Lead asset improvement projects from inception through procurement, installation, and startup.
Drive continuous improvement to reliability and obsolescence reduction.
Mentor others and develop knowledge transfer materials; support maintenance during troubleshooting.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
