Job summary

ASML, based in Wilton, Connecticut, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own end-to-end design and realization of electrical modules and tools in a multi-disciplinary team. You will lead complex designs, manage interfaces, and drive verification and system integration across product life cycles.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in EDA tools, PCB design, and V&V activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, product development, or system integration.
• Experience with electronic design automation tools and PCB design.
• Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification activities.
• Experience using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, circuit simulation tools, and laboratory test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability and verify deliverables meet intent.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies, document findings, and translate results into recommendations.
• Develop engineering concepts and solutions, make technical choices, and resolve issues to meet needs.
• Define and communicate specifications and high-level designs, align interfaces, and support reviews and approvals.
• Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies and configuration management.
• Define and execute validation and test approaches, improve methods and procedures, and ensure qualification evidence supports release readiness.
• Estimate effort, plan and track work, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver work packages on time.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge through coaching and mentoring while following EHS policies.
