Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking an electrical engineer to help develop advanced lithography technologies. You will specify, design, develop, realize, integrate and test electrical and electro‑mechanical modules in close collaboration with engineering partners and suppliers.

This role supports new product introductions and existing product support, with scope increasing by grade to lead complex technical delivery and drive roadmaps. On-site in Wilton with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years of relevant experience; master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong electrical engineering design, analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with integration, verification and validation of complex modules or systems.
  • Ability to plan work, manage risks and dependencies and deliver with quality.
  • Clear communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to coach, guide or influence other engineers as scope increases by job grade.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver electrical engineering solutions that meet system specifications, costs, quality and schedules.
  • Execute defined work packages or lead complex module-level scope as needed.
  • Define and communicate specifications and high-level designs for quality execution.
  • Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies and resolving issues.
  • Define and execute validation/test approaches and ensure qualification evidence supports release readiness.
  • Plan work, estimate effort, manage risks, maintain documentation, and follow EHS requirements.
