Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET‑accredited college or university.
• 12–15 years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry.
• PE License preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering assignments ranging from moderately complex to highly sophisticated.
• Independently execute projects or lead large-scale, high-impact electrical initiatives.
• Analyze operational, system, and customer needs; develop scalable solutions.
• Apply knowledge of electrical systems across multiple applications with increasing depth.
• Lead or contribute to project planning and resource coordination.
• Anticipate challenges; improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and training needs.
• Champion electrical safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, from team updates to leadership discussions.
• Provide mentorship or leadership to other engineers as appropriate to level.
• Contribute to electrical engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
