Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with PE Registration.
• Minimum 8 years of electrical design including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, coordination/arc flash studies.
• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Strong knowledge of Building Codes, NFPA Codes and Energy Codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and balance multiple projects.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design effort on projects of varying size.
• Manage design schedules and design team members.
• Interact with Architects and Owners.
• Conduct preliminary evaluations and prepare reports/minutes.
• Produce design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to codes and company standards.
• Travel for projects nationally and internationally.
