Job summary

GHT Limited seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a BS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in power distribution and commercial interior design. North Carolina PE license is required; LEED a plus. Role includes design, project management and leadership.

Expect hybrid work after training, collaboration across MEP disciplines, and opportunities to mentor staff and lead projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in Electrical Power Distribution and/or Electrical Design for Commercial Interiors.
• North Carolina PE license required; LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for commercial interiors including power, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and clients to ensure design meets codes and schedules.
• Manage and mentor engineers and designers on multiple projects.
