Job summary
TAI seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer / Subject Matter Expert to lead the design and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects in Maryland. This role blends hands-on technical design with project leadership, coordinating with clients, design professionals, and engineering teams to develop high-quality construction documents and robust engineering solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer licensure is a plus.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of electrical design experience across diverse projects.
- Minimum of 3 years in Pharma/Biotech/Life Science industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of complex electrical projects.
- Mentor and direct design team members.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings and construction documents.
- Interact with clients and project managers to manage scope and budget.
- Coordinate design with other engineering disciplines.
