• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university; Florida P.E. license desired.
• 7-10 years of experience in related engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, Life Safety Code NFPA 101, NFPA 70/70E, IEEE, and International Building Code.
• Experience with system design software, CAD, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design of engineered electrical systems for large, complex projects including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare electrical construction documents, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate designs with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to ensure compliance with standards and schedules.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure plans and specs are followed and manage project documentation.
