This role supports full-time in-person, hybrid, or remote arrangements and focuses on designing, analyzing, and reviewing building electrical systems to ensure safety and sustainability.

The ideal candidate has a PE license and 10+ years of experience leading engineering projects, with strong communication and mentoring skills to guide staff and coordinate

Qualifications

PE certification required.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years leading engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering work for complex projects.
Track scope, schedule, and fee.
Oversee technical reviews and high-quality deliverables.
Guide models, plans, and drawings to established standards.
Lead electrical design for MV distribution, microgrids, PV, batteries.
Provide QA/QC and coordinate design documents.
