Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineer in Greenville, SC to design complex electrical and instrumentation systems. You will lead projects, produce equipment specifications, and develop installation drawings under supervision, with on-site startup support.
Ideal candidates possess a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, PE preferred, and 10+ years in industrial electrical engineering. CAD/CAM skills and strong communication are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
Competenze
- Knowledge and application of NEC in electrical design.
- Ability to perform lighting level calculations.
- Ability to size wire, conduit and overcurrent protection for lighting and power.
Mansioni
- Perform complete electrical/instrumentation design for complex projects.
- Lead small to mid-sized projects and mentor junior staff.
- Produce 15kV/5kV equipment specs and installation details.
- Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies for efficient designs.
- Coordinate with discipline leads and vendors for procurement and drawings.
