Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking an Electrical Engineer IV to lead complex electrical/instrumentation design tasks on industrial projects.

You will apply advanced engineering techniques, prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and installation specifications under general supervision. The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, 6+ years of relevant experience, and PE registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and application of the NEC and industry standards.
• Ability to size wire, conduit and protective devices for lighting and power.
• Experience developing electrical installation documents from vendor drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for complex electrical/instrumentation projects.
• Produce installation specifications, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Check calculations for codes, standards, and quality.
• Coordinate with staff and discipline lead on project tasks.
• Provide field support during startup and construction.
