Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering, with justice+civic building systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and staff across regions to ensure design criteria are met.
• Ensure quality of design through reviews and checkpoints with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage project execution concerning budget, schedule, and scope while meeting client expectations.
• Track milestones, prepare status reports, and document meetings with staff, clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Lead business development efforts, contribute to RFP responses and client interviews.
