Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering, including design of building systems for justice + civic facilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering, lighting, and safety systems for justice facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and staff across regions to ensure design criteria are met.
• Ensure design quality through reviews and meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage project execution within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Document meetings and coordinate with engineers, architects, clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Support business development and client relations through RFPs and interviews.
