Job summary

HNTB is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and modify calculations, reports, plans, and specifications for infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and mentor junior staff.

You will also help manage schedules and workloads across multiple disciplines. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering with years of relevant experience, or advanced degrees with additional experience; proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, a master's with 3 years, or a PhD with 2 years.
• Ability to progress most disciplined designs and tasks independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
• Preferred: master's degree, EIT, and PE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify engineering calculations, reports, plans, specifications and other deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality.
• Review work for quality and guide less experienced staff.
• Help manage project schedules and workloads.
