Steele Solutions Inc. is seeking a Electrical Engineer III to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for industrial automation and material handling projects.

You will guide junior engineers, ensure safety and standards compliance, and drive successful project execution. The role demands expertise in power distribution, PLC integration, and control panel design, with hands-on support during commissioning and field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, preferably with automation or material handling systems.
• Proficiency in power distribution, control panels, and safety systems; ability to lead design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design, including power distribution and PLC integration.
• Perform technical reviews, ensure UL/NEC/IEC/NFPA compliance, and manage risks.
• Oversee installation and commissioning support; provide field guidance.
• Prepare redline drawings, as‑built docs, and final engineering packages.
• Mentor Electrical Engineers I & II and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
