Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in industrial automation, machinery design, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industrial control systems, and power distribution.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar software.
• Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for industrial automation and manufacturing equipment.
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and power distribution designs.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, UL 508A, NFPA 70, CE, and other applicable codes.
• Support controls integration, commissioning, startup, and field service activities.
• Collaborate with mechanical, controls, manufacturing, and project teams through the project lifecycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment performance.
