Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial automation, machinery design, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, control systems, and power distribution.
• Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Familiarity with PLC platforms like Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, drawings, and specs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical systems for industrial automation and manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure designs meet customer, project, and operational requirements.
• Perform electrical load studies and develop circuit protection strategies.
• Create and maintain single-line diagrams for power distribution.
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Specify electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, sensors, breakers.
• Maintain BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Ensure NEC, UL 508A, NFPA 70, CE compliance; code awareness.
