Job summary

Elcora Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer III to lead design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for utility, infrastructure, and industrial projects. This senior role provides technical leadership to engineers, designers, and project teams.

You will independently manage complex assignments, mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with NEC/NESC/IEEE, and collaborate with clients and field personnel to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in utility, power delivery, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience leading electrical design efforts and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and design practices.
• Experience reviewing deliverables and providing technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of distribution systems for utility and industrial projects.
• Prepare and review complex electrical designs and construction packages.
• Perform load flow, voltage drop, short-circuit analyses, and equipment sizing.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Coordinate activities with project managers and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC, NESC, IEEE, ANSI, and client standards.
