Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a senior Engineer III to provide technical engineering support, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor staff.

The role involves leading engineers, designers, and trades on projects, and coordinating across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. You’ll oversee power system designs, protection sizing, and drawings, perform voltage and short-circuit analyses, and manage field surveys to align with project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Licensure as a US-based Professional Engineer is required.
• Typically requires 5+ years of engineering experience.
• On-site field experience is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers, designers, and staff on a project basis.
• Supervise design and coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical trades.
• Prepare power systems designs, single-line diagrams, and equipment elevations.
• Conduct short circuit and coordination studies, and Arc Flash studies.
• Coordinate with project manager to align design criteria with budget and schedule.
• Visit job sites for field surveys and ensure compliance with codes and specs.
