Job summary

Delta E Consulting in Seattle, WA is seeking a motivated senior-level Electrical Engineer to drive project success across multifamily, affordable housing, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and tenant improvement sectors. You will design energy-efficient electrical systems, apply NEC and local codes, and mentor junior staff to elevate project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of electrical engineering experience in building construction.
• Proficient with Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; NEC knowledge.
• In-person role with hybrid office policy and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for various project types and delivery models.
• Develop construction documents from schematics through CDs.
• Apply engineering principles to electrical distribution, lighting and power systems.
• Communicate design options to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and provide quality control of project documentation.
