Job summary

Rishabh RPO seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer in Vergennes, VT for hybrid, long-term collaboration on control actuation systems. The role focuses on circuit design, motor control, and power conversion, with cross-disciplinary teamwork and documentation responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have STEM degrees and 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years. Aerospace DoD experience is a plus, including MIL-STD standards and PCBs.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in aerospace DoD product development is preferred.
• Experience with motor control electronics and BLDC motors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and validate electrical circuits for motor control applications.
• Develop switching power supplies and converter technologies.
• Ensure specifications, quality standards, and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Project, Systems, Mechanical, Software, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Create engineering documentation and process improvements.
