Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer—Electrical for our Florham Park, NJ headquarters. This role leads electrical design for capital projects, mentors engineers, and drives standardization across the network with broad impact; ~20% travel across locations.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years’ experience, HV/MV experience, and proficiency with CAD/AutoCAD, ETAP and SKM. A PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for capital projects and upgrades.
• Develop and review wiring diagrams, schematics, and protective systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and AE firms to deliver on time.
• Provide SME support during commissioning and start-up.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce design standards.
