Job summary

Kulicke & Soffa seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for high‑speed Die Bonder systems. You will integrate modules with cross‑functional teams across process, mechanical, software, and systems engineering to deliver robust subsystems.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in interconnect/harness design, strong industrial control systems knowledge, and hands‑on experience with BOMs and ECOs. Proficiency with Altium and Teamcenter is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in interconnect and harness design.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (motors, sensors, solenoids, protocols).
• Experience generating BOMs and implementing ECOs.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and debug electrical systems for industrial equipment.
• Design cabling, interconnects, and electrical architectures for modules.
• Develop high-speed interconnects for digital buses (EtherCAT, I2C, Ethernet, USB).
• Create wiring diagrams and manage changes via ECOs in Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
