Job summary

Miller-Remick is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead multiple capital projects across healthcare, government, and industrial markets. This role emphasizes mentorship, design excellence, and independent execution.

You will drive electrical design from concept through construction, coordinating with multi-discipline teams and clients. The ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience, a PE license, and strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA, Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, and Visual Lighting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering design experience for MEP/building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and coordination of healthcare, commercial, and industrial MEP projects from concept through construction administration.
• Develop electrical construction documents including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and emergency power systems.
• Prepare single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and electrical room layouts.
• Perform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop, and arc flash studies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and coordinating teams.
