Job summary
Bonneville Power Administration, located in the Eastern Engineering group (TPCF) and Western Engineering (TPCV), seeks a senior Electrical Engineer to be the key technical partner for utility customers and to lead complex projects to expand and strengthen the Pacific Northwest's power grid.
You will serve as the expert liaison for integrating new energy resources, providing engineering support for customer issues such as reliability, outages, and contract delivery points.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree meeting ABET accreditation requirements.
- Professional registration/licensure (EI/EIT or PE) or FE exam completed.
- 60 semester hours in physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences with specified coursework.
- Related curriculum with 1 year professional engineering experience under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects to expand and strengthen the Pacific Northwest's power grid.
- Serve as the expert liaison for integrating new energy resources.
- Provide engineering support for customer-related issues such as system reliability and outages.
