Job summary

Bonneville Power Administration seeks a Public Utilities Specialist (Contracts) to manage grid connection requests and to develop complex transmission agreements within the Contract Administration team. You will support energy partners and help safeguard the financial integrity of the power system by ensuring regulatory compliance and streamlining processes.

The role requires experience with federal contracting practices, risk assessment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in customer interconnection requests within electric utilities or power industry.
• Experience administering contracts for technical services (engineering studies, construction projects).
• Ability to track milestones, process payments, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
