Responsibilities
- Serve as senior sponsor and relationship owner for BPA.
- Lead the BPA Client Team and coordinate cross-business unit delivery.
- Manage the overall BPA client experience and long-term relationship strategy.
- Forecast BPA sales, revenue, and staffing needs.
- Ensure profitability and successful collections.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
- Oversee power delivery projects and ensure quality standards.
