Job summary

You will work across power electronics, switchgear, controls, protection, and compliance to ensure robust, scalable, and field-ready energy solutions. The role requires deep expertise in inverter-based architectures operating at 480 Vac with large switchboards, and experience delivering certified products to UL/IEEE/

Qualifications

• BSEE with 6–10 years of experience in electrical systems and power electronics.
• Experience leading system-level designs with power converters and integration of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of UL1741, NEC, UL891, UL840 standards for product design.
• Hands-on testing in a laboratory environment with safe, compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, sizing, and validation of inverter-based energy systems.
• Coordinate protection schemes and certification activities (UL/IEEE/IEC).
• Collaborate with mechanical, compliance, NPI, manufacturing, and field service teams.
• Provide on-site support for deployed systems and field installations.
