Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Power Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in grid integration or related field.
• Expertise in grid codes, interconnection standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with PSCAD, EMTP-RV, or PowerFactory DIgSILENT.

You will be a key contributor to projects involving the connection of renewable energy sources and other distributed energy resources to the national grid. This role requires a deep understanding of grid codes, power system stability, and protection schemes. You will lead complex technical analyses and provide strategic guidance to ensure seamless and reliable grid integration from your remote work location in South Africa .
