Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience; master's preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and qualification of IC chips in semiconductor environments.
• Exposure to multiple manufacturing modalities and wafer processes.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering operations to meet schedule, budget, and goals.
• Oversee complex projects for scaling suppliers and modifying production lines.
• Assess equipment options and advise on acquisition of optimal tools.
• Coach junior colleagues and assign project work to contractors as needed.
• Lead projects across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Participate in design reviews for new devices and DFM considerations.
• Develop supplier relationships to ensure robust manufacturing and quality.
• Provide SME support to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate updates to senior management on critical projects.
