Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer in Philadelphia to lead an engineering team across energy projects. You will deliver advisory services, manage design solutions, and collaborate with account managers on strategic pursuits.

The role emphasizes mentoring, business development, and leading projects from concept through execution, with travel and a hybrid office presence in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of engineering design/consulting experience.
• Professional Engineering licensure (US) and ability to license in other states.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and win work.
• Experience with proposal development and project execution planning.
• Mentoring and development of junior staff.
• Willingness to travel (<50%) and work in Philadelphia office 2 days/week.

Responsabilités
