Zusammenfassung

Allient-Rochester, a subsidiary of Allient Inc., seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead embedded motion control hardware development. You will architect, design, and implement embedded electronics for servo drives and motor control within complex automation systems.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive hardware Bring-up and validation, and collaborate with software/firmware teams to align with product objectives and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of professional experience in embedded electronics development.
Demonstrated ownership of complex embedded systems or product architectures in production environments.

Aufgaben

Architect, design, and develop embedded motion control hardware.
Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation from prototype to production.
Support hardware/firmware integration, system-level debugging, and manufacturing readiness.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers; contribute to roadmaps and long-term maintenance.
Lead and participate in all phases of the product lifecycle including architecture, implementation, testing and documentation.
