Management Performance Associates is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in a hybrid role in Central NY to design, test, and optimize embedded electronics. You will guide products from concept to production and create critical schematics using Altium or OrCAD.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong analog/digital circuit skills, and MCU expertise. A collaborative culture supports growth into leadership and mentorship roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of electrical design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
