H.T. Prof Executive Search is assisting North Syracuse, NY-based engineering client in finding a Senior Electrical Engineer - Embedded Hardware. The role is hybrid with 1–2 remote days per week and direct-hire employment.

You will own embedded electronics from concept to production, shaping circuit design and validation in a vertically integrated environment. The position emphasizes hands-on development, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of electrical design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and microcontrollers; component-level troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
