DoorDash is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to own critical subsystems of our aircraft and ground systems as part of the DoorDash Air initiative. You will design and bring up PCBs with a microcontroller, develop high-reliability power electronics, and collaborate across firmware, systems, mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and reliability teams.

You will own the end-to-end electrical design for a compact robotic system, debug issues related to signal integrity and EMI, and

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing electronics circuits in cross-functional work environments.
• Ability to design and bring up a board with a micro-controller and interfaces such as analog, SPI, CAN or Ethernet.
• Ability to own and prototype the entire electrical design of a small robotic system.
• Experience debugging a complex system for signal integrity, EMI, firmware or mechanical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Own critical subsystems of the aircrafts and ground systems.
• Design mechatronics systems from a blank sheet.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, systems, mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and reliability teams.
• Prototype and bring up the entire electrical design of a small robotic system.
• Debug complex systems addressing signal integrity, EMI, firmware or mechanical issues.
