Job summary
Credence seeks a Senior Avionics Engineer to support the B-2 Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will modernize, test, produce, field, and sustain avionics for a high-demand fleet.
Responsibilities include data link, position location, display systems, CNS/ATM requirements, and platform software integration. Must possess DoD-related expertise and be prepared to navigate certification processes, security controls, and interoperability efforts across engineering teams to enable IATO/ATO
Qualifications
- Top-Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
- ABET-accredited advanced degree in a related field (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience.
- ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in a related field is acceptable with experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Avionics Integration Engineer focusing on tactical data link, position location, and display systems.
- Support CNS/ATM requirements, testing, certification, and spectrum management.
- Assist in CNS/ATM compliance matrices and certification activities for aircraft/systems.
- Coordinate with structures, EMI, reliability, manufacturing, and safety teams.
- Develop and integrate platform software requirements, including mission planning.
- Support security controls, risk assessment, and IATO/ATO related activities.
