Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active TS/SCI eligibility and will involve evaluating electronics and implementing reverse engineering methods.

Responsibilities include collaborating with DoD labs and industry partners, improving CPI protection, and providing technical oversight for program protection and acquisition activities. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering + 12 years DoD experience.
• OR Master’s degree in engineering with ABET degree + 8 years DoD experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP and/or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assess microelectronics, integrated circuitry, processors, and memory in military equipment.
• Exploit circuitry and memory with lab equipment; apply reverse engineering methodologies.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry to evaluate susceptibilities of weapons systems.
• Improve weapon system manufacture, operations, remanufacture, and de-militarization processes.
• Interface with DoD teams to evaluate designs for CPI vulnerabilities.
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS/COTS components for CPI risk.
• Support technology acquisitions with long-term planning and RFP oversight.
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements.
