• 10+ years of progressive electrical design experience across large-scale and interdisciplinary projects.
• Mastery of electrical fundamentals, distribution design, and energy standards.
• Author electrical specifications, panel schedules, and sequences of operation with precision.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and constructability practices.
• Experience leading QA/QC initiatives and standards development.
• Mentor senior designers and engineers to grow technical and leadership skills.
• Internal advocate for best practices and informed decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE; PE license highly preferred.
