Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in State College, PA, seeks a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer to lead electronics design across digital, power, analog and mixed-signal domains. You will work with an IPT of Systems, Mechanical, Software, Firmware and Electrical Engineers to deliver innovative solutions on schedule.

A bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or a graduate degree with 4+ years) is required; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience is accepted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Experience with electronic design and verification in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics design across digital, power, analog and mixed-signal domains.
• Create design review packages and present circuit designs at peer reviews.
• Lead bench-level system integration with hardware, MCU, FPGA, and software.
• Translate system requirements into detailed implementation diagrams and plans.
• Support production release and documentation for modified or new products.
• Possess ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
